Value Added Reseller Program

This program is for those resellers that want to give their customers a total, integrated, all-in-one web presence solution. Technical support and billing will be provided by Value Added Resellers (VAR). All customer interaction will go through VAR.

Program Parameters:

• As a VAR may provide additional services, VARs can set their own retail pricing.
• VAR will bill customer directly for all hosting fees.
• VAR will provide all technical support to customer, including hosting related technical matters.
• VAR will receive 15% discount off published retail rates on all hosting services, as long as account is current.

Program Qualifications:

• To participate in the program and to qualify for the discounts, VAR must have at least five active hosting accounts assigned to his/her Customer ID.
• The discount plan will activated upon the sixth hosting order. All accounts must be current. Any account that is 14 days overdue will be removed from total number of accounts eligible for discount program.
• If removal of account causes the total number of eligible accounts to fall to five or lower, reseller will loose VAR status.
• Sites that have participated in the referral program are not eligible to be enrolled in the VAR program. Likewise, sites enrolled in the VAR program are not eligible to receive the referral bonus
